SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING
Shipping within the continental US is available and flat rate charges will be applied at checkout. Free shipping for orders over $150.00, within the continental US. For international shipping, charges will be determined based on destination, weight, size of package, and insurance needed. Pick-up at the Denise Incao Studio or delivery options are also available if you are in the Prescott area in Arizona.
Most online orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders that will be custom made will take up to three weeks to fulfill and prepare for shipping. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURN
Items damaged in the shipping process must be reported to Denise Incao Studio immediately upon receipt of delivery. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Returns of undamaged artwork, functional ware, or jewelry must be returned within 30 days of purchase in its original condition upon approval by Denise Incao before a refund will be approved and processed for the original order amount.​ Shipping costs on returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

What is Denise's inspiration behind her work?
The inspiration behind Denise’s work comes from her love of the natural world. She has made it her life’s work to express the beauty and compassion of nature and spirit through various expressions of her art. She works without drawings, allowing a natural expressionistic process to unfold. Much of what comes through is influenced by her years of adventures in nature, travel, her education in anthropology and psychology, and love of all that is close to and of the Earth.

Is Denise showing her artwork at any events or exhibitions in the future?

YES! Contact Denise to let her know what you are looking for. You can peruse the Gallery page for ideas of what she has done in the past, and to find inspiration for custom works.
Can I order custom sets or specific pieces of her functional ware or jewelry?
YES! Contact Denise to let her know what your ideas and needs are. If she can accommodate you, you can work out a custom order with her.
Is the functional ware food safe?
ABSOLUTELY! All of the functional ware is glazed with lead-free glaze and food safe.
Is the functional ware safe for the microwave and dishwasher?
Denise’s functional ware is safe to use in the microwave. And it is ok to clean it in the dishwasher, but the lovely glaze will look nice longer if they are washed by hand. Detergents formulated for dishwashers have abrasives that may fog or dull the glaze over time.

Will my artwork or functional ware look exactly as it appears on the website?
The sculptural one-of-a-kind artwork will be as pictured.
The functional ware may have some variation due to the handmade quality of each individual piece. Items pictured are a sample of that particular items size, shape and glaze color. This is the beauty behind owning Denise Incao Functional ware!
