Testimonials

I purchased a mask from Denise years ago and it continues to give me joy. I love her work because she incorporates elements of nature into her art which adds depth and a link to the natural world. Her functional art is also quite wonderful – the color and design of each is beautiful.

What I love about Denise’s work is how it combines elegance and earthiness. When I look at the pieces that I own I feel like they add a grounding beauty to my space. They connect the wild beauty of nature and the outdoors to the simple order and harmony I like in my house. That’s the perfect combination for me.

I have collected Denise's art over many years, from masks to vases, mugs and incense holders. The thing I appreciate most about Denise's work is that each piece is weighty, it has substance and character. When I pick up a cup, I feel the purpose it was intended for, beauty and utility. Each piece resonates with the pleasing and sensual qualities Denise draws into the creation of all her art, which I would describe as "Creating beauty in all things."
